Accessible rate plans
I see that Telus offers $20 off and 20GB bonus data on their plans for people with a disability (https://www.telus.com/en/about/accessibility/accessible-services#Accessiblerateplans).
My question is, I have an existing plan and am still paying off a phone for another 6 months, is that available to me? And what proof do I need to supply?

Hey littlestnixon! Yes, you can absolutely qualify for our accessible rate plans. Whether it can be applied immediately or if you'll need to clear the remaining 6 months of your phone balance just depends on your current plan compatibility. If a plan change is required to get the discount, that sometimes means paying off the device balance first.
