Bring it Back Nightmare
Ordered a new phone and had the bring it back with the old. Great idea. But I cannot get a return label. I have spent 2 hours with a poor person trying to get a label sent to me. The person has no idea what they are doing. Likely be out $350. Last time Telus

The Bring It Back Program is nothing more than a scam and money grab. I used it in the past, and I'll never use it again. When I returned my iPhone 14 in mint condition, TELUS charged my account $350, and I had to fight them to reverse it. People need to wake up, and stop using the device return option, and start filling more complaints with the CCTS.
