6 months agoSince this appears to be a technical problem with user permissions and account access, I recommend:
- Clear any pending requests by having the user cancel their current request
- Remove all account access for the user
- Start fresh with a new phone number access request
- If the issue persists, contact technical support as this may indicate a system-level permission conflict
