no internet

It appears, telus has closed the account, I just renewed it today. Within 2 hours they have closed the old account down before the new fibre connection was running. Is this normal behaviour ?

    Hey pattonb - this post is a bit vague so our answer might not be 100% accurate to your situation.

     

    We do not close an account when renewing a Service Agreement so it may be a stuck order that is causing you issues.
