Need help with account and static IP

The last time that we re-upped our contract agreement the sales guy created a new additional internet account and somehow removed our static IP provisioning at the same time. His answer was for me to call in to resolve this. I have called multiple times and have been told that someone will get back to me, but months later there has been no response. It is incredibly frustrating as we have several services that depend on having a static IP and we definitely shouldn’t be paying for the extra account that was created.
