Business SMartHub account unable to install

I read many other comments of people having the same issue, from 3 months ago, to 3 days ago. TELUS, do something. I ordered the Business SmartHub on April 22nd. I received it 15 days ago. I still could not install it. I need to have access to the Telus Connect app, to use the compass first (to detect the strongest signal, and decide where to place the outdoor unit based on this). But the Telus Connect app says that my account is a mobility account and not an internet account. I’ve spend many, many hours in the phone with different agents, who dont have a clue what I”m talking about, bc the solutions they offer are simply not related with the problem I have. It’s clear to me it’s a problem with the configuration of the accounts. That it will be resolved creating a new type of account that even having a SIM card, is not ONLY a mobility account but a “hybrid of mobility and internet” or similar. If I dont get a REAL solution in 24 hours I’ll be sending everything back, bc Telus is not providing me the service I contracted.
