Why am I being charged for cancelled services?
Do you have to make a complaint with the Ccts to have this resolved? My services were disconnected and cancelled on May 21st and then two days later I get a bill for May 22nd to June 21st. Next day I was told there was an error on the backend and they would adjust the bill, two days later still not done. Then I chat with them and they say they can't do anything because the account was cancelled. What?????
