Update service address
Honestly posting this here because I’ve received better customer support in this forum than in the official chat or phone.
i need to update my service address, I don’t need an installer, and just want this to be done.

I'm not sure what you mean by service address but much of the information for your Telus account can be found and changed when you login to My Telus and select My Profile.
So I’m on rural internet and the internet service address has to match the gps location. I’ve been told as well that the service and billing address need to be changed separately
