Home screens

Why is my Telus Home Screen and apps home screens all fuzzy/blurry now. The shows are fine but finding something to watch is annoying a s nothing is a clear picture while searching. This was not the case when I first got optik

    Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear your Optik TV interface is appearing blurry or fuzzy. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. This can sometimes happen after a system update or due to a resolution setting. A few quick things to try:

    1. Restart your Optik TV digital box by unplugging the power for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in.
    2. Check your TV resolution settings to ensure they’re set to HD (usually 1080p).
    3. Make sure your HDMI cable is securely connected and not damaged.
