Naturescape channel glitching again
I am still on the original optik tv. Stingray Naturescape (channel 727 for me) hasn’t been working properly for around a week now. Some freezing and pixelation, even freezing with the background music/sounds. I’ve rebooted all equipment, issue unchanged. No other channels are having this issue.
Thanks for flagging this. We'll alert our Optik team to notify the vendor about these issues. They're already in contact with them regarding the programming not matching the guide, so this will be added in to that as well.
