Stream+ activation cancellation issue

Hi there,
I have been using Stream+ for 2 months. I tried to cancel my subscription on January 30th. But after clicking 'Manage Subscriptions, ' it shows an error: "Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please 

try again or check back later". Now I can't even cancel the subscription that I am not using either. Not to mention, I am also getting charged for this.

I called the agent several times, but they also couldn't figure out the issue. Can anyone here help me with it?

  • I'm experiencing the same error - no end to the problem. Can you fix this pls?

      Stream+ is already showing in my account, and I successfully activated Amazon Prime and Disney+, but I noticed that the home security service is missing or may have been unlinked from my account. When I attempt to re-link the home security, Stream+ returns an error message: 'Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please try again or check back later.' However, Stream+ appears to be fully activated, as far as I can tell. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved so that all my services are properly linked and functioning.

  • Same issue, only netflix works. Submitted few ticket but never recieve a reply or callback. Contacted customer support, and went to telus store and still no one can help me, they keep advising to send a ticket. Its been 3 months. And paying double.
