Poor cell service
I have had a cell phone in this area (Barss Corner) for 4 years. Now suddenly no one can talk on the cell phone without breaking up. What’s going on. I need a phone. I wonder if I change carriers would it solve the problem.

What happens if you move outside, or walk down the street?
Will your phone allow Wi-Fi calling when signal is poor? You would need to set it up to connect to your home Wi-Fi, and it will automatically switch.
It is possible a local cell tower is down, and you are currently connecting to another. You can check the location of nearby cell towers to see if another is closer.
