First bill
Here is my first bill.
- $45 for 200gb plan. Should have $5 off a month for 24 month
- $70 activation fee. Should of been waved.
- $35 month for pixel phone
- $15 month for device protection. Should be waved. For 6th month.
I should of receiving a 1 time $90 credit
All of this is stated in my contact/ agreement with Telus. Never received any of the credits or activation credits.
This is my first bill.

Yes as did my contract breakdown
Ok so just got off the phone. Connection fee and one time credit was applied late. Should be on next bill. $15 device protection and $5 plan credit came off today. Crossing my fingers that my next bill should be a big minus payment or another 1.5hr of my life wasted.
Yes it is normal to have your discounts on the first bill. Just as a check I logged into my account to confirm this. @
Under profile you can view your bills, download or print it out.
Ok so your first bill had all the discounts.
forgot to add the question. Is it normal to not receive the credits and activation fee on the first bill.
