Hi this is Teyah MacKay wondering about who is in control for my collection agency
Give Telus a call to see if they will give you that information. If it's been many months since you paid your account, it could have be sold off to a collection agency and no longer in Telus hands. You will then receive phone calls/letters about the debt.

- I won my case against the CTO trustee (public guardianship)
- I have done that but Met Credit or CBV Collections Services Ltd doesn't have it yet I'll see on the Monday or next Tuesday
