Billing Issue – Charged After Returning Device (Need Help)

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with Telus billing and wanted to see if anyone here has experienced something similar or knows how to resolve it.

After speaking with a Telus agent, I returned my phone as instructed. According to the tracking information, the device was received on March 17. However, I am still being charged for the device.

I followed all the steps provided by Telus in good faith, so this is really frustrating. Has anyone dealt with this before? How long does it usually take for them to update the account and remove charges?

Also, any advice on the best way to escalate this if it doesn’t get resolved soon would be appreciated.
