Anniversary Loyalty deal

When I log into my Telus app, I see a loyalty offer… but I can’t see the details on it. How do I know what I am being offered?

  • I was a customer when Telus was called BC Tel, some 50 years. A loyalty offer always was a monthly savings even modest, never higher prices. We used to get new phones for free on renewal of contract term, then reduced purchase price.

  • I did see the offer after I selected the phone, but my loyalty offer was definitely not a deal lol… it was for more than I am paying now.
I did talk to someone supposedly in the loyalty department on Thursday, and they were scheduled to call me back Friday to confirm options and pricing but they never called…. Not sure if I’m surprised.

Ah yes, you would need to add the device to your cart to view the rest of the details.

Is there anyway I can have someone from loyalty call me? I called in and talked to someone last Thursday and they were supposed to get back to me the next day.. And I still haven’t heard back from them.

  • Last night I logged in and saw the offer for a phone upgrade, so clicked on it to see details.

    After log in I get

    Sorry, this page has expired

This page has timed out. Please log in again below. There is a login button, I click and without user/password goes to my Telus home page where several limited time offers to choose from. Click on "View details" under phone upgrade before June 8th and get pop up Don’t miss out on your exclusive loyalty rate plan offer at checkout when you upgrade to a new phone.

Above is button "upgrade your device" and get hundreds of phones to choose from, still no mention of the fantastic loyalty offer. Apparently you have to pick a phone and go to checkout.
