Anniversary Loyalty deal
When I log into my Telus app, I see a loyalty offer… but I can’t see the details on it. How do I know what I am being offered?
I did see the offer after I selected the phone, but my loyalty offer was definitely not a deal lol… it was for more than I am paying now.
I did talk to someone supposedly in the loyalty department on Thursday, and they were scheduled to call me back Friday to confirm options and pricing but they never called…. Not sure if I’m surprised.
