What happened to the customer at Telus?
I've been a Telus customer for many years. Why has your pricing and services become so horrible over the past few years? From insane pricing that's not even close to the competitors, to hour long wait times just to ask a billing question. I've had accounts for Fido, Rogers, and Bell for over 20 years now. None of them put strikes on customer accounts, for being one or two days late on their payment. It's the reason I'm asking the question. What's happened to Telus to make them think attacking a loyal customer's credit rating is considered alright?
