Why is my Telus TV programming different from my Optik TV?

When I log into TelusTV, "My Subscribed Channels" guide is very different from my Optik TV guide. Lots of channels that show up on MyTelus don't even appear on my Optik guide. I've attached pictures for reference. 20250101_104406.jpg20250101_104454.jpg

Hi @Slapshot73

There is a group of new channels added recently for all subscribers that appear only on the TELUS TV+ app and on the next generation TELUS TV Digital Box. They are referred to in the industry as FAST (Free Ad-Supported TV) channels, quite often are genre or program-specific (Baywatch, for example), and these channel formats are not supported on the legacy Optik TV platform. This is why your channel list looks different. FYI, due to content provider restrictions, they cannot be recorded, paused or restarted.

Thank-you. So how does one go about getting the "next generation TELUS TV Digital Box"?
