Verify your chrome cast with google tv software is up to date. Uninstall then reinstall the app. Then reboot the device. Sign back in and see if it now works.

Hey @RS2 I would double check that you're using your Chromecast with Google TV and not the Google Chromecast or Google Ultra as neither of those devices are supported.

I have the same issues with my Google Streamer when I tried to watch a movie that I saved in the cloud. When I try to skip my ads, I get the error message ERR_PLAYER_P001. Can you suggest me something?

Thanks for trying that. Can you also try going to settings on the device, app management (or just "Apps") and clear the cache then log into it again?

I cleared the cache too, kill the TELUS apps and log in again and I’m not able to get more than 2 x 30sec fast forward. After that, the screen freeze.
