Telus Home Assistant (Google)
I noticed a few days ago my Google Home account is unlinking from my Telus account. This prevents me from being able to use Telus Home Assistant as it shows in the Google Home app that Telus set top boxes are offline. If I relink the account, it will work for a few hours then unlink again. There have not been any issues with the Alexa app so I am wondering where the issue is. Anyone else experiencing this???
There was an update pushed last week that should've resolved the issue; most customers have advised that it's been fixed. Are you still experiencing the same issue as before?

This issues has been happening to me for the last couple of weeks. Tried just relinking the account (which means all my Home automations remember my boxes), or unblinking (which means I have rename my boxes, and update all of my automations to add back in the actions to control the box). Irrespective of the steps, the boxes all go off line within a couple of hours.

Hey Robbyvanz Jayson3392 we checked with our team and were advised that some backend system issues were causing this error. Issues however that we've been told should be taken care of. Could you try relinking again today and advise if it's working for you?

As of this morning, it is still not working. It said "Cannot reach Telus Home Assistant. Try again later"

No luck. I did all the same things you tried and account still unlinks after a few hours.

Are you seeing a difference since the update was done? Have you sent a report about this issue from the Google Play store?

My Google app says its up to date and no updates are available. Same issue persists. I'm guessing there is an issue on the Telus side.

Hello Robbyvanz, are you aware if an update was done recently with the Google Home app? Did you do a quick Google search regarding this?
