There was an update pushed last week that should've resolved the issue; most customers have advised that it's been fixed. Are you still experiencing the same issue as before?

Hey Robbyvanz Jayson3392 we checked with our team and were advised that some backend system issues were causing this error. Issues however that we've been told should be taken care of. Could you try relinking again today and advise if it's working for you?

As of this morning, it is still not working. It said "Cannot reach Telus Home Assistant. Try again later"

Gotcha. We've just been notified from our team that they were indeed able to replicate the same unlinking issue and are aware of the reason why the recent release didn't catch it. They've asked for a bit more time but say that the next release is scheduled for late evening on Mon Oct 6. So, come Tuesday this should be resolved.
