There was an update pushed last week that should've resolved the issue; most customers have advised that it's been fixed. Are you still experiencing the same issue as before?

No I am not aware of any update. I have tried just relinking my Telus account as well as a full delete and new device install and both methods end up unlinking within a few hours.
