It was working fine until Dec 31st 2024 (as we watched NYE programmes on that).
Both boxes suddenly stopped working since last week. They both show "no signal" on 2 separate Samsung TVs (one is The Frame 2020, the other is a cheap smarttv), while they both work on my computer (HDMI input). Resetting and rebooting, factory reset of both the TVs, and both of the boxes did not fix it, turning CEC on and off did not fix it.
The ports works with every other HDMI devices.
Different ports, different HDMI cables, did not help.
Neither TVs had an update, nor does it look like the Optik TV boxes did (they both show a config timestamp of 2024-10-23)
Anyone can help?

I have been having issues with our Arris box and black screens as well. In addition to issues with programs not recording. These issues have just started occurring in the last week. PVR client software version 3.8.37297.479

I tried to put up a EDID emulator passthrough through the HDMI chain, and it worked, but it has also worked after that was removed... so I don't know if it is the emulator or that they did a patch in the last 2 days that I left it on.

It has worked properly for over 24 hours now. Fingers crossed ...

If it's the same situation for you, then I am 99% sure someone did some kind of strange update that messed up something for certain TVs, and they patched it.
