couple questions -
1. Why did you change the fast forward setting? It is very slow now and annoying even on the 3rd and fastest setting. Not sure why this need led to be changed, seems like a useless change. You should also have an option to change the setting on how much you want the skip ahead and skip back buttons to skip. For instance right now it is +30 sec ahead and -10 sec back, change it so you could choose different options like +15 sec ahead and -15 sec back and/others.
2. Why is series recordings for some channels still glitching and sometimes allowing it and then not allowing you for a few weeks and then back to allowing? This seems like a major issue that shouldโve been addressed day one and if you canโt fix this after like a year + of this new Telus+ Apple TV like box then maybe hire someone who can fix it.

I agree the new fast forward is much worse than the old one. Bring it back!

It is the stupidest thing ever! Why canโt we fast forward and see the screen so we know approximately where to stop after the commercial. Both systems were dumb! Plus or minus 20 seconds is an option. Right now we werenโt given any notice or choice

The new fast forward allows you to see a snap shot whereas before you did not know where you arrived until you let it play. It does not work everywhere. I kudo the effort though as it shows tech is trying.
