Re: HGTV & Discovery Channels - Why can't I record?
Does anyone know why we are unable to record any programs on channel 332 as of today?

ML3 Loto19 Jbird1 Bravo, along with a handful of other channels mentioned above were part of the recent licensing changes with Corus and Rogers. Thus, they were on free preview for a number of months, but that ended yesterday. They're now in the 'Design & Dine' theme pack and if you subscribe to these channels, they should still be available to you. As with any other free previews, if you don't actually subscribe to these channels, once a free preview ends they won't be available to view.
I also can't record this channel - is there a fix that you can share with everyone? Thanks

No fix at the moment. We’ll need to escalate this to our product team for further investigation. Please send us a private message with your account details.
