Not happy with the changes especially due to the reason for choosing our package and now we do not have access to our favourite shows. I did message Telus over a week ago and no response. So obvious they don’t care. Time to make a major change and ditch Telus with our TV, internet and phones!!
There were many changes that came into effect January 1st. See the Dec. 31st announcement here:

We have Telus satellite as we live out in the country and have no access to Optic
