i felt like i was duped by the telus rep into agreeing to the telus indoor security webcam i have not been able to use it at all and i am paying a 3 year plan and i told telus about this problem repeatedly and there was zero empathy only apathy telus just wants your money they do not care about their customers anymore the telus representatives can not even speak english nor do they care about telus i feel like im trapped forever in a plan of some kind with telus
