Contract ends in June - procedure

My contract with TELUS SmartHome Security ends in June this year after a 3-year contract. I would like to know what to do to make sure my contract does not renew automatically and what the procedure is to send the QOLSYS panel back to TELUS as I wish to be with another alarm company. Thanks!

  • Hi there.  I've recently being going thru issues with Telus Home Security and in the end going to a Honeywell solution and actually owning the equipment and local support.   If you have the older QOLSYS, apparently we don't have to send them back.   I asked the question to the sales rep about this.   I've got this in writing.   I assume if it's the newer QOLSYS 4 panels, they would probably want them back.   In my case, they don't want the 4 wireless sensors or any panels, integration equipment as well.   Hope this helps.
