everytime i call the number the website says to call to cancel it the robot just tells me to use the website and sends me a link that just tells me about telus onlnie security and doesnt seem to have anything on it about canceliing

When I cancelled, I went through the online Chat. Keep putting on team member to get past the stupid Bot. When you do get through to a real person you can tell them to cancel. They wanted a reason on why and I told them I don’t have to give them a reason. They will also charge you for early cancellation. Mine was only a few weeks and they still charged me on the last bill. They told me it’s done and cancelled as of today. I called back later, talked to a different person and he told me that there is nothing in my account/file saying that I cancelled.
