Trying to cancel, can't Uninstall myself. Telus won't send a tech?

As the title says. I've called, emailed and pleaded. I can not uninstall the equipment due to the poor installation. The tech Who installed my Home Security caulked in the equipment to my walls, damaging my home and making it so either my home OR the equipment Will be damaged by trying to unistalled.

I've called and the tech on the line (and her manager)  said they Will not send a tech to unistall

They said even for seniors or people who mobility issues.

So I do not feel comfortable Uninstalling the equipment myself, have asked for help, and told too bad.

Is there really no way to have someone help me unistall?  Do I just cut the cords and say well thats how the tech installed it to avoid ruining my walls?

I seriously need help . . .
