Dear Telus Customer Support,

I am writing to formally complain about an ongoing billing issue with my Telus Home Security service. As per my agreement, I should be charged $35 + tax per month. However, I have been consistently billed $51 + tax, which is incorrect.

I contacted customer support and spent over two hours trying to resolve this matter, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution. This overcharge is unacceptable, and I expect Telus to correct the billing error immediately and refund any overpaid amounts.

Please address this issue as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation for the discrepancy. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
