Billing Discrepancy and Unresolved Support Issue

Hello,

 

I am being overcharged on my home service and not charged according to the contract/service agreement, I tried to call support and the loyalty team with no resolution. I am not expecting such a pathetic service. It is for six months now I have paid $100 extra on my bill. 

 

Please help.
