I have recently fallen victim to TELUS’ unmonitored security systems that they claim are professionally monitored.
Long story short, alarm goes off, no calls.
If you have a TELUS system, write down my email because this post may get removed ([email protected]), and check your security system. Trigger it and make sure TELUS responds.
If not, you are not alone, I have been in contact with several others have too. I want to know if your issue was resolved or unresolved, and whether TELUS provided you with compensation.
I am filing legal action against TELUS, and if your issues went unresolved, you could receive money from a class action lawsuit. Please reply to me by email at [email protected]
