I was sent a letter that my alarm needed updating for Telus to continue monitoring. I have spent hours on phone trying to get an answer on how to do this. Got through once and transferred a couple times. Finally found my account and said someone from ADT would contact me within 3-5 days. Never happened. So I called a local alarm company to come look and they found that my alarm wasn’t even being monitored. I’ve paid for months and no actual monitoring. Set off alarm and surprise nothing happened. Now trying to contact to cancel monitoring and surprise hours on phone again waiting. My time is more important than this. Initially wanted to upgrade and now want to cancel. Is there an email or other form of communication that will work?

I got an email with a contact number, have left two messages and still no response.
I just want to cancel my monitoring as it’s not even being monitored. If I don’t hear back I’m advising my bank to cancel payments. I’m not paying for nothing. Thanks
