I tried replying with info but got html error in my message and then said I had sent as many messages as I could for the time.

I got an email with a contact number, have left two messages and still no response.
I just want to cancel my monitoring as it’s not even being monitored. If I don’t hear back I’m advising my bank to cancel payments. I’m not paying for nothing. Thanks
