Security monitoring a scam

The telus apo was not working to disarm my alarm system.. opened front door and set alarm off.. the panel would not respond to my code, no option only to rip panel of the wall and throw it downstairs.. NOT ONE single call from telus.. ive been paying for this for years!!!! Now they want money to cancel as i have 13 months left on my contract.. this is fraud and scam and no one was monitoring my system.. beyond frustrated with telus
