Monitored security seems to be a scam?
Been paying for monitored security for 3.5 years. An alarm went off today and Telus called to let me know but told me they wouldn’t go check on it but could call the police.
I can also check my app and call the police. This service is a scam / misleading customers knowingly and intentionally.
