I recently changed my email address in my Telus SmartHome app. I only have my email listed for critical alerts and outages in my notification settings. But I’m still getting 40+ emails a day for every type of alert. It’s driving me crazy and I’m close to turning off all notifications which defeats the purpose of the system. Can anyone help me?? I’ve read all the FAQs and articles in the self help site and apparently have all my notifications set properly. Thanks!

Have you tried the following steps to edit/delete your notifications?
- Login to the My SmartHome account portal.
- On the default home screen, on the left navigation panel, select Notifications.
- Edit your notifications:
- to edit, select the pencil icon
- to delete, select the trash icon
- to make a notification inactive, flip the toggle off.
- Add/remove the list of recipients that'll receive the notification.
- Select Save
