Hi everyone,

I am new to Canada, originally from Germany. I was about to install the Smart Home Security App to set up my camera, however, my phone is saying that the app does not exist in my country (Germany). My iPhone is from Germany. I can’t change the region of my phone to Canada as I still have German subscriptions active that I need. Has anyone had the same situation before? Can I cancel the Smart Home Security plan?

Hi Eric, I tried my son’s mobile phone, but it is the same issue. Is there any solution for this? I’m paying for the Home Security Kit and can’t use it.

The solution would be to change the region of at least one AppleID to Canada so you can download the app. If that's not possible to do I don't think we would be able to set up the camera until the app can be downloaded
