Previously a Vivent customer. Just paid off cameras and equipment. Telus takes over and my backyard camera QUITS taking clips. I waited in hold for almost one hour to be told I no longer have a contract and cannot be helped. I was told I should consider migrating to the newer system. I called back next night. Waited in hold for one hour. This time I was told I have RUN OUT OF CLIPS. Was not advised about this distributed amount of clips at any time during the company’s exchange. My backyard camera has about six clips from last week. I live in a high crime area. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It is complete garbage. My alarms went off entire I was having my lunch inside my house. Full on alarm going off. It said both of my doors were open. I called in to discuss the matter. I was told that my alarm was not connecting to my Internet properly! They reset it. I am going away on vacation at the tail end of the month. Apparently out of clips? And no backyard security. Garbage.
