Telus Security login

Hello, we recently switched to telus security and we are having trouble logging in to the mobile app, we were with vivint before and the way that worked is there was 1 master account that can send invite links to join the family and everyone was able to login with their own emails and passwords while having access to our doorbell cams and security. We cannot figure out a way to do this as adding members on the website doesn't send any links to the emails or phone numbers. Is there a way for everyone to login without having to use the master account on every device?

You can add multiple users to your system without sharing the master account. To do this, log in to the TELUS SmartHome Security web portal, navigate to Users, and select Add User. Ensure each user has their own email and set the appropriate permissions. If invite emails aren't being received, check the spam/junk folder or try resending the invite.
