You can add multiple users to your system without sharing the master account. To do this, log in to the TELUS SmartHome Security web portal, navigate to Users, and select Add User. Ensure each user has their own email and set the appropriate permissions. If invite emails aren't being received, check the spam/junk folder or try resending the invite.
