I had availed Telus home security system in April 2024 , The installer did not install the door bell and assured that he will install the same in next 15 days , since 7 months , my door bell is still not installed and door lock never works , I have sent the couple of mails but no reply , pl advise way ahead

Did the installer leave a card or direct number? Have you spoken with our SmartHome team about this?
