Why will Telus not remove the old panel when the new system is installed? I now have a dead screen on my wall. Telus has declined all requests to remove it but I was not told when I ordered the new system that I would be stuck with the old panel. Its very frustrating!

Hi @amkk - the reason is that the equipment is the property of the house/yours. We cannot take something that does not belong to us.
Same thing, the new equipment is also yours. We do warranty it if it breaks but we generally don't take equipment back unless you change your mind and don't want the new equipment at all then we can take it back as we have a 14-day cancellation policy.
