I spent about an hour in the phone with 4 reps, each requiring me to verify my identity as my video doorbell stopped working. The light on the doorbell was not working indicating the doorbell was burned out. The doorbell is only a couple
years old and I asked if it was covered by warranty and was told they’d send me a new doorbell for $285. The same doorbell is available on Amazon for $200. Shouldn’t Telus match prices?

Hi @Lacombite. Our price match policy can be seen here. The policy is to ensure you get the lowest price possible if you find we've listed the price lower within 30 days online (15 days in-store) of purchase. We do not price-match competitors or retailers.
