Price Match

I submitted the price match request and its been 2 weeks now. No message or email regarding price match. When i called customer service, they said they do not see anything regarding this request on their end. 

i would like to resolve this asap.

  • I submitted a price match request and received an email saying to wait a certain amount of time and it would be reviewed. Never heard anything else about it.

  • I also have this issue. Requested price matching on two identical line/devices on Jan 3, one line and device got processed and approved on Jan 19. I called on Jan 25 and was told it is still being processed. Now, today, Feb 7 I have my bill in my account and still no change on my 2nd line.

      I submitted on a price match form on telus price match website and i did get a message that request has been received and will be processed in 3-5 days. Its been 2 weeks now and no response

        Me too, I even did the price match form for the plans and the dude on the phone said they don’t do that. Like what??? And on the phone they said they didn’t get my request for the device price match even though I received a confirmation email
