Price Match
Hello.
I have been trying to get a price match on my 2 iPhone 16’s I purchased 16 days ago on the phone. It is now on sale. The links do not work to get to the price match form. I got through to customer service after several hours of being on hold, and they told me I need to submit online. I told them the links do not work. They then said they couldn’t help me and transferred me to another department, where I waited on hold again and never got through to someone. Is anyone else having trouble with this? Very disappointed is customer service. Thanks.

Hello Jlf0996, were you able to get some help regarding this situation? By price match you mean that the cost of your phone is now cheaper and you wish to get the price/offer correct?

I never received help with the situation. The phone is now cheaper at Telus and I would like to get the new price. Thank you.
