Error message in Telus app

I’m getting the following error message in Telus app “your account has reached the limit of active streams” it tells me to stop playback on one of my devices, the only issue is that I don’t have any other devices, nor does anyone else have access to my account (that I know about) is there a way to see which devices are using the Telus app to stream from my account?

Sign out of all devices you may have used including the browser if you used it and sign back in. PikTV only allows 2 concurrent streams. Sometimes the cache isn't cleared if you have jumped into the app a few times.
