Just Moved In
every time I open the my telus app and go in to the services, I am getting an error of experiencing trouble connecting to the server at this time. This has been happening since we got the services connected (2 weeks). we have the Basics + Pick 5 option through a promotion. I am wanting to change my Picks But am unable to access anything, including on the web browser. I need help! I'm going in circles.
